The Ram 3500 largely carries over the level of specification from the 2500 Laramie which is priced slightly cheaper from $157,950 before on-road costs Over 50,000 pre-build development hours along with 50,000km of real world driving and a 20,000km full vehicle durability test went into the development of the 3500 for Australia. The Ram 3500 Laramie is the strongest, toughest and most expensive pickup to land in Australia. Priced from $162,950 before on-road costs, the 3500 isn’t cheap but does demand some extra expense from additional labour costs procured from the right hand drive conversion at Walkinshaw’s factory in Victoria. Offered in a single grade known as the 3500 Laramie, it’s the largest, most capable and the most expensive full-size ute in the increasingly popular Ram range. The Ram 3500 Laramie is set to launch in Australia before Christmas and will represent the pinnacle of the Ram pickup range.
